Wedding Ceremonies

Before you schedule your ceremony​

You must go in-person to the Kane County Clerk's Office​​ to obtain a license number to receive a marriage license before scheduling your wedding ceremony.​​

Wedding Ceremony Schedule

Ceremonies are performed at these times and days at:

Kane County Judicial Center

  • 3:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  • 3:30 p.m. on the first Friday of the month only

Kane County Courthouse​​​ (also known as the 3rd Street Courthouse)

  • 2:00 p.m.- 3:00 p.m. on Friday (except on the first Friday of the month)
